Automatic renewal
Renewal takes place automatically each year. You'll get an email a few days before your renewal payment is due to inform you about this. To access your payment method, or previous invoices, go to Settings and click on Manage my subscription:
Older accounts or exceptions.
If you have been using StartMail for a few years and have not renewed using our new interface, you might not see the Manage my subscription button yet. Thirty days before your renewal is due, we will show a Renew subscription banner to notify you. This banner is also shown if there is an issue with the renewal payment.
To proceed, you can follow the steps below to process the payment:
- At the bottom of your StartMail inbox, click on Renew Subscription
- Select your Country and click on Next
- Select to pay either with Credit Card or with PayPal.
- Fill in your payment details and make sure to select the checkbox next to I agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Congratulations. You are now done setting up the renewal payment!
