Renewal takes place automatically each year; you'll get a message a few days before your renewal payment is processed. To check your account status and connected payment methods; go to Settings and click on Manage my subscription:
Exceptions
- If you do not see this button, you likely have not renewed yet in our new interface. A banner is shown at the bottom of the page in which you can upgrade your account instead. This banner is only shown if your account is about to expire (within 30 days).
- If there's an issue with processing your payment this banner will also be shown!
To proceed, you can follow the steps below to set up your account and process the payment:
- At the bottom of your StartMail inbox, click on Renew Subscription
- Select your Country and click on Next
- Select to pay either with Credit Card or with PayPal.
- Fill in your payment details and make sure to select the checkbox next to I agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Congratulations. You are now done setting up the renewal payment!
