How do I email a contact group?

There are two ways to send one email to multiple contacts.

1. Selecting multiple contacts

  1. Click Contacts in the upper right corner.



  2. Hold the Control (or Command) button on your computer, and select the contacts you wish to address.
  3. Click the Compose button and you will be taken to the compose mail screen with the members of the contact group each added as recipients. 

2. Selecting a contact group

Once you have created a contact group, you can send a message to that group like so:

  1. Click Contacts in the upper right corner.



  2. On the left side of the screen, click on the contact group you wish to email.



  3. Highlight the contacts: select the top contact by clicking on it, then hold shift and click the bottom contact. Click Compose to create the email.



  4. You will be taken to the compose mail screen with the members of the contact group each added as recipients.
