Business Accounts - How do I create a domain alias using a custom domain?

StartMail Business Accounts users have the option to create aliases ending with their custom domain, which can be assigned to multiple Staff Accounts. In addition, Staff Accounts are able to create custom aliases and disposable aliases that end with the domain within their account settings.

In order to create a custom alias using a custom domain, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Log into the Setup Account, and click the Business tab.
  2. Select Aliases.
  3. Click the Add alias button.

  4. Type in the desired name, select one of your domains, and check the staff accounts which should receive emails sent to the alias you are creating.

  5. Select the Save changes button to finish the setup.
  6. Click the Aliases tab again to navigate back to your Alias menu. You should now see your newly created alias listed in your alias overview.
