My payment for StartMail was successful but I can't find my order. What should I do now?

If you have provided an order confirmation e-mail address during your purchase, we have sent you an order confirmation email. The order confirmation email has the subject line “Thank you for your StartMail purchase”. If you have received the order confirmation message, please click the view my purchase button displayed in this email, and you will be directed to a menu in which you can continue to setup your StartMail account.

If you have provided an order confirmation address but you didn't receive an confirmation e-mail from StartMail, the message could have been marked as spam or caught by one of the active filters you have set at that address. We therefore recommend checking the spam folder as well as other folders.

If you still can’t find your order information, or have not provided an order confirmation email address, please contact support@startmail.com.

In order to be able to find your payment, it would be very helpful if you could provide the following information when contacting support if possible.

1. A 5 digit order number
2. The date on which you made the purchase
3. The payment method used (MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, etc.)
