It is possible to add a single domain to Personal Accounts and more than one domain to Business Accounts. Please note that you must bring your domain to us in order to be able to set it up with StartMail.
- If you want to add more domains to your account, go to Settings > Domains and click Add Domain + in the top left hand corner.

Enter the additional domain you want to add to your account. This domain must also be owned by you and you will also need access to the DNS settings for this domain for verification.
Click Add.
- To be able to send and receive emails from/to the new domain, add all entries shown below to the DNS settings panel of your domain host. You can find more details in our support article Create a Business Account.
- Once each entry has been successfully added and verified, the status of the entry will change from "Missing" to "Correct".
If an entry could not be added successfully, a more detailed description will appear in the status area when you hover over the .
- After successfully setting up the domains, you will also be able to create alias addresses with these domains.
