In the first steps you have to enable the IMAP function for your StartMail account and create an own IMAP device password. Read this article, how to do it.
-
Open the Thunderbird menu on top right and click on „New Account“ >„Existing E-Mail“

Enter Your Name, your correct StartMail- address and copy and paste the device password you generated in step 1.

After Thunderbird found your serversettings, click on „Done“.

Your StartMail-Account appeared now in your Thunderbird. Now you just have to drag and drop the folder from the .mbox-file up to the StartMail account.
-
After opening your StartMail Webinterface, the folder should be synchronized to your StartMail Webmail.
