Adaptive layout
Our webmail uses an adaptive layout. The default layout depends on the resolution of your device. There are three variations:
- Desktop computers. All icons and text are visible by default.
- Tablet devices. The text next to most icons is removed, click on the icons to navigate through the interface.
- Mobile devices. The top and left menu are hidden by default. You need to click the three horizontal stripes at the top left to open the navigation.
Zoom level
On most browsers and devices you can change the zoom level of a website, to either make the text bigger or smaller. You can use this to switch to another layout type. In most browsers, this is located in the View > Zoom menu.
Layout settings
You can change the layout of your inbox by clicking the Layout button in the upper right corner:
From here, you have the following options:
Spacing: Default vs. Compact. Default separates your email into messages from "Today" and "Earlier" and each line as a roomy layout. Compact compresses your emails into a single and makes each line narrower than the Default spacing. Each of the three layouts below has Default and Compact spacing options.
No split. Your inbox will not display the contents of an email message besides the preview snippet.
Horizontal split. Top panel will be your email, bottom panel will be the contents.
Vertical split. Left panel will be your email list, right panel will be the contents.
Tip: In horizontal split view or vertical split views, try dragging the divider to the right or the left (or up or down) to resize the panels.
