Your payment is not processed until after the trial period is over. This means you have 7 days in which you can fully try our email service to see if you like it. If you need more time to try it out, feel free to write a message to our support team. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Why do we need this information?
Having payment details on file stops anyone from signing up in order to abuse our email service for sending spam, distributing viruses, or abuse our email service in other ways. This prevents StartMail email addresses from being identified as spam by other email providers, and allows us to maintain our solid reputation, ensuring your emails are not blocked by other email providers.
How to cancel my trial account?
You can cancel your trial account at any time by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage my subscription. Please visit this page for more detailed instructions: Cancel your trial account subscription. When you cancel your account, you can still access it until a few days after the seven day trial expires, after which it is permanently removed.
