Manage payment sources
- To manage your payment sources, log in to https://mail.startmail.com/login, click on the top right on Settings > Subscription on the left panel > Manage payment sources.

In the next window, you have the option of changing your payment method (source) or adding a new one.
Manage your plan or billing period
- Click on the top right on Settings > Subscription on the left panel . Under "Plan" you can choose between Monthly or Yearly plans and choose between the different account types.
Monthly:
Yearly:
- When you make a change with your plan or billing period, you will see your Order summary. Confirm with your account password and click on Confirm and pay.
- On top of the subscription page, you will find your current plan details.
Set invoice details

Follow Settings > Subscription > Set invoice details.

Enter your business details and your billing country.

The entered details will be shown on your next invoice.
Download invoices
- Click on Settings > Subscription at the left panel > Download invoices to download invoices that have already been issued.
- Click Download to the right of each invoice to download the invoice.
Cancel your subscription
- Click on Settings > Subscription ion the left panel > under "Danger zone" on Cancel subscription to cancel the existing subscription.
Delete your account

Follow Settings > Subscription > Delete your account.
In the Danger zone you will find the option to delete your account. Danger zone operations are irreversible actions for you.

Enter your email address and your account password, then click on Delete account. All data will be deleted permanently.
