Group subscriptions are available for Personal accounts and Business accounts. In any of these accounts, group subscriptions can be created for family or team members.
The account from which a group subscription is created is known as the “subscription-manager” account.
Although the "Subscription Manager" creates and pays for the group subscriptions, he can't access the emails in the group subscription accounts once the recovery method has been changed to "My secondary email address" and the login password has been changed.
The billing cycle will be according to the “subscription-manager” account subscription, and additional group subscriptions will be charged prorated to the subscription-manager's subscription.
Therefore, if a subscription-manager account has been active for say 6 months, then decides to buy an additional account, the additional account will only be charged for the remaining 6 months of the subscription-manager's account subscription.
